With over 18 years of experience in sales and marketing for various companies in the animal feed and veterinary medicine industry, from the year 1984 to 2002, I have come to the conclusion that:

  1. Merely selling products to farm or animal feed factory owners cannot guarantee the success of the farm’s production. Regardless of the quality of the products, the success of livestock production on a farm relies on practical knowledge in areas such as animal breeds, nutrition and feeding techniques, farm facilities and environmental conditions, farm management, and disease prevention and control.
  2. During that era, almost every company operated on a trading approach, focusing on being product-oriented and promotion scheme-oriented. The value of veterinary or animal health expertise was almost neglected and did not contribute significantly to the farm’s production.

Based on these reflections, I dreamt of establishing my own company, envisioning a shift towards a consultant sales approach. This means not just selling products but also providing in-depth services to farms. We would employ veterinary professionals to help formulate the best animal nutrition, design disease prevention programs, and actively engage in farm management on all fronts alongside customers. The goal is to take responsibility for enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the farms, offering not just products but a comprehensive solution – “The Real Deal.”

This vision led to the founding of Kanck Kohlan Co., Ltd. in 2002. For over 20 years, we have been walking the path of “The Real Deal,” a path that is akin to the DNA of every team member in the field. It is a distinctive and proud journey that sets us apart and is valued by all our customers.

This is the beginning of Knack Kohlan’s story, a company that takes pride in being different, having its unique identity, and being a valuable presence in the eyes of every customer.
